I bought this product for my 3 year old daughters new single bed as I was looking for a reliable waterproof protector for the very rare bed wetting or sickness incidents that can occur, so I was willing to pay more for a good protector. I then came across a wet patch on the mattress after removing the hippy chick 100 percent waterproof cover.I am so disappointed as this cover was only as effective as a regular fitted sheet with no protection. I really wanted to keep the new mattress nice and free from wee. Maybe only some Hippy Chick protective covers are not effective but this makes this waterproof cover unreliable.
