OK I feel I should be honest to any parent wanting to buy this as a bedtime 'comfort'..... Don't!!! The dog itself is cute and soft. The noises it makes are loud and annoying, it switches off if u open the Velcro on its tum (thank god). The snores are quite simply a loud whinge, it pants and barks. That's it. I have to switch it off at night because its loud enough to be heard in my bedroom (2 doors from my little ones room) so can be scary at 4am!!! I thought it would have volume control but it doesn't. Its also quite expensive for what it is. Just buy a cheap plush dog and recorded a real dog barking and voila u have this toy!!!
