Review : Good product, check your chairs and table first, though
A great product to raise your child and allow them to sit at a standard table, but there are a few 'gotchas'.
The product fastens underneath the chair, so if you have a chair with a *very* deep bottom it may not be possible to fasten the straps around this. It worked fine on all our chairs, but a point to note.
You must install it on a chair with a back. We found chairs are naturally curved rather than flat, so installing this on a chair with an open back meant the product slowly made its way backwards with a danger of it eventually slipping off the chair altogether. This was despite the lower strap being done up as tightly as possible. My solution was to screw an extra bit of wood to the back of the chair to stop it (we wanted him to be sat on our cheap Ikea chairs rather than our posh dining chairs - food doesn't always stay on the plate!).
Finally it raises all the child body, this means their legs and knees too. Our table has a piece of wood around...
Although, you'll find really high competition from numerous manufactory around the world attempt to make much more variety product inside the global market. If you'd like to invest your dollars on some other product, attempt our Safety 1st Basic Booster Seat (Blue) and you'll be able to be really certain which is a superb selection than ever. Then you are going to fully grasp that why this product is best for you.
